So, we used pictures of a cobra thus the name- "Curse of the cobra's kiss" and we used a picture of lips to represent the kiss. Knowing this is a play with a setting in the 1920's, we attempted to create something that ties with the 20's. Even if we made the posters with a 1920's inspiration, we added a touch of modernity to add to the effect. Colours used to portray our posters: grey, white, red, gold and black. The posters created were inspired by the image below, thus, having a good effect and using pictures of a cobra and Egyptian background to allow people to understand a bit of the background of the play. Ticket prices were $25, in addition to having the food. We had approximately 60+ tickets for all our guests. The tickets' image was very similar to how our posters look to keep the same effect. The tickets were made on electronic platform and then we printed them out, and cut each piece. In the announcement we included: name of the play, ticket pricing, time and where the play was taking place(in drama room) and the date. The announcement wasn't bland nor boring because of the mysterious way it was said. The ads were created using enthusiasm in order to get best results. The announcement:
"Attention Trudeau! It has been brought to our attention that there has been a MURDER at Professor Tammy Towers' mansion! As of now, everyone's a suspect! Come to the drama room on November 30th at 7:00pm to watch the production, Curse of the cobras kiss and find out who the brutal murderer is. But that's not all, we will be giving all our guests a 3-course dinner meal. These programs gave the audience more insight on our work we put into the play and the people that set this up.
