The reason the Holocaust happened was because Adolf Hitler and his Nazis were racist to anyone who was Aryan and Jewish. The Nazi's believed that Jews were a problem and needed to be removed. The fear that made people take action was the fear of the Jews and they were scared to die. The whole entire movie causes fear and people to take action about their fears. In the movie every character that is in their has one fear and they experience it through a clown.
