It has been a struggle because I learned that prior to this school year, my students had hardly ever used a computer to write outside of their computer class during special area time. Computers had mainly been used during indoor wellness time to play games. I pretty much had to start from scratch and teach students how to change the font and size of the font, and help them understand they they didn't have to understand that they didn't have to press enter after every single sentence. Before this school year, my students had not really used technology for learning purposes.
