Networking is becoming easier, and Millenials have learned to branch beyond their business cards and get creative to reach influential people in their industry. You might reach out through a tweet, a
LinkedIn message or even by writing a personal email to get the attention of
the person you’re after.

Since GenY has had the advantage of growing up with this technology, they’ll most likely find online networking easier. There are also forums abundant with opportunities to network. And, of course, there’s the good old Google search. Type in a name or a topic of your interest, and away you go, straight to the “About” or “Contact” page.
