         <description><![CDATA[<div>#1.<strong><br>Even infants and young children are affected adversely when significant stresses threaten their family and caregiving environments.</strong><br><br>Compare: Children in child care with more than 45 hours a week, high-quality care are linked with fewer interlining problem's (anxiety) and externalizing problem's (aggersive behavior).<br>People show that with high quality child care the children will have fewer problems, rather than low quality child care. When stress is on a low income family about child care the child can sense the stress. </div>]]></description>
