Pina is a lazy spoiled kid who has excuses. When her mother got sick, she told Pina to cook but she still didn’t do and said to her mother that she couldn’t find the ladle because of that her mother burst into an anger and spite her a cursed that hoping Pina could have a thousand of eyes all over her head so that she couldn’t find any excuses in finding things. That’s how the reason why it called as pineapple that derives from a child curse to have thousand eyes.

This story tells us that we should always follow our parents and respect them because all they do for us is for our own sake and good. Being lazy and always finding excuses is not good and may create a problem especially on encountering different situations.

 A toothless dog and cat given a task by their master to deliver the magic ring to her daughter. In their way to deliver the ring the dog lost the magic ring at the river and because the dog afraid to his master he ran away and left the cat to only turn home. Upon knowing what happened the master got angry and ordered everyone to find the dog. So whenever there is a dog passing they would ask “Are you my old toothless dog who lost the magic ring? If you are your tail must cut off.” Because of fear, the dog show his teeth and immediately wagged their tail to prove that he’s not guilty.

This story explained that animals behaviors and how they show their feelings or emotion through the action and uses of their body language.

So the little red hen does the entire task by herself. Finally the wheat flour cook into a cake ,she ask her friends if they want to eat and all of them eagerly accepted but then the little red hen told them that she is only has the right to it because she was the one who do all the task.  After that every time the little red hen do a task the three willingly help her.

This story give a moral lesson and teach the children to know and be aware the importance of handwork and what will be the benefit you will got if you have the perseverance and patience on doing a task.

The Monkey and the Turtle saw a banana tree at the river and they divided into two. The monkey got the upper part thinking that it would easily bear a fruit while the turtle got the root. The turtle’s plant grew while the monkey didn’t. Because of jealousy, the monkey got a plan by deceiving the turtle by offering a help. When he got up he eats all the bananas without giving to the turtle.  Turtle was furious, when the monkey sleep he put thorns at the trunk of tree and when the monkey woke up he couldn’t go down because of the thorns around the three.

The story teach us that not all stronger are always going to win, and not to be greed and underestimate others weaknesses and capacity.

The story show a strong friendship that you could lean for in every circumstance, even the differences cannot hinder a true and pure friendship.

Amuse by the idea, the Hare accepted the challenge. The hare are more ahead and far while the tortoise still slowly and steady. The hare stop by and take a nap thinking that the he’s going to win. Upon awaking he saw that the tortoise crawling slowly and steady but arrived before him and he realizes his error for underestimating him.

The books main point is that don’t underestimate and belittle those weaker and slower to you because that kind of things could help you in other way. Do things in a slowly but surely so you could achieve your goal in a right way. 

A beautiful fished named Rainbow Fish with shiny, multi-colored scales. Every fish was mesmerized to her and wish to have liked her shiny scales. Then a small blue fish ask her humbly if she could as for one of her scale but the rainbow fish show a rude manner. After that every other fish avoided him. The octopus gives him an advice that in order to seek real happiness she should learn to share with others. in the second time the blue fish ask her shiny scale , finally she gives one and after seeing the joy in the fish , she started to share her shiny scale with other and find the true happiness and joy.

The main point of this story is that try to learn on sharing and giving what you have because sharing can makes happy not just you but for the everyone else. Being rude and greedy could put you in loneliness while sharing others is that you’re not only helping yourself but at the same time you’re helping others happiness and joy.
