Hi everyone. My name is Crystal and I'm excited to meet you all and learn how we can support each other throughout our biology course at FRC and beyond. I have two children aged 13 and 6. Attending full time classes and being a parent has proved to be more of a challenge than I ever expected. The hardest part for me is dealing with the unexpected, such as a child falling ill. I attached a picture of a rainbow because they always remind me to have hope during my challenging times. I feel like we can provide a bit of hope and encouragement to each other in this group as both parents and students in the challenges we face. I look forward to meeting you all. And thank you again Anna for putting this area together.
