People are not aware that employers or others just need to do a search to see what all you have posted historically. I noticed that one person within the chat has her picture tied to her messages. She is also the one that is essentially making things up in order to get a job. I often hear people say their account is private but that could mean little when they agree to the terms of use. That conversation can potentially be found by the employer.

People act like they are something that they are not, and I think that it is wrong.
