I agree that we should not give up these rights to the government. I also think we should take it a step further and not give up any rights to the government. That each power should do what it was made for. It is good to have a liberal and free society. I think that any government would and should be good for its purpose to the civilians if it does what it was meant to do which could help you with your separation ideas.
