Compared to prenatal MSCs, aged autologous progenitor cells produce roughly 30% more cytokines and have considerably different miRNAs. Because of this considerable alteration in the secretome, perinatal MSC Exosomes have a significant advantage over exosomes from aged autologous or allogeneic progenitor cells.</div>]]></description>
