Is Space Infinite?

Is space infinite? Well, nobody really knows but we do know that its giant and maybe its so big that its infinite! When some people look into space they feel small and they really are. First of all, the world seems very big but the Solar System is bigger. And there are many more Solar Systems out there that make up one giant Galaxy. And around 200 billion and 2 trillion Galaxies make our Universe! But that's just our Universe. Maybe there's other Universes out there. Most say its true and if it is, then our understanding of space is very small. But that might not be it. Maybe there's more than just a lot of Universes. Maybe there's something bigger, and bigger, and bigger. Maybe it keeps on going maybe it stops at one point. If it stops then space is finite if it doesn't end then its infinite. We don't know yet though. maybe you'll be the one to figure it out. if not, what do you think?

Is there life on other planets? Maybe there is, maybe there isn't. Nobody knows but scientists are trying to figure it out but haven't found any sign of life on planets except for earth. Whats so special about Earth is that it supports life. The temperature is not to cold and not to hot, there's oxygen to breath, and also has water to drink. We don't know if there's another planet like that in interstellar space. If there is, we don't know yet. If there isn't we also don't know yet. what do you think?

Can Germs Live In Outer Space?

We talked about life on planets but not in space. What if germs can live in space? Lots of people hate germs and think putting them in space would kill them from no air and radiation. But that's not true! About 250 species of germs and fungi can live in space and surprisingly, some actually thrive there! One example is on the MIR, a russian space station, astronauts found film growing on windows. It caused problems in seeing while in space. When scientists discovered the film on the windows were germs and fungi they were shocked! This proves some germs and fungi can survive the radiation and no air. But then the scientists saw that the germs even damaged a window that they thought was unbreakable. This not only means germs and fungi can survive space but they might be stronger in space. They could mutate faster. Germs maybe came from space! I hope you learned something new today about germs.

In conclusion, if we move to another planet in the future then we would need oxygen, land, the ocean, a thick atmosphere, water, plants, many natural resources, some weather conditions, gravity, the just right temperature, and a sun. But that's just some things we need. There are many more things we need to survive.
