Some background of why the plan is created. What kind of problems you would like to solve:

As animations/cartoon are growing in popularity, and more and more people are starting to watch anime from all over the world, there is a new bigger market available for anime themed merch.

Possible Problem =
There might be issue of copyright when it comes to using existing IPs in the anime industry like characters from Attack of Titans, etc. While most small business (fan art artist selling merch, etc.) selling artwork of these copyrighted IPs are normally ignored, they are at risk of getting strike at by the copyright owner. So using existing IP is slightly risky but is much better at selling as it is more well known.

Several Solution=
- Create Original Character that is less appealing to general public but will be free from any copyright issue.
- Getting permission from copyright holder which is highly unlikely
- Take a risk

Timeline:
- Do market research/Survey on what audiences would like to buy,(eg. specific theme or type of merch like shirts or pins, etc.)
- Create initial concept for selling merch through what platforms and how the logistics and other details required to run a business would be like. (This includes searching for ways of how we would get our merch).
