Are other regions experiencing this? (We're in Idaho)

Shamrock keeps making more and more items "special order", and straight doesn't carry items that were standard with FSA. Doesn't source regional produce/items anymore. Sysco is no better, somewhat worse. 

We live in a high elevation area, the local farms are small, but we get some things in the summer.
