When you are in mid-to-late-20s this is where you will peak into your prime period. Some of the challenges of age in football is very young players may lack experience, tactical understanding, or emotional maturity. As well older players may lose speed, stamina, and recovery rate, though experience and positioning can compensate.</p>]]></description>

Evening games may allow more preparation and meals beforehand. Early morning games can cause sluggishness and lower alertness. Late-night games may disrupt sleep and recovery schedules. Travel across time zones which can cause jet lag can significantly disrupt performance as the player wont be fully prepared.</p>]]></description>
