One piece of work that represents my passion is the routine video project I completed in Spanish 2-H. In this project, we had to film a video of ourselves that included our daily routine, with a voice over (in Spanish) of what we were doing in the clips. This is a great example of my passion for Spanish because I really enjoyed creating this project. I edited the video to the best of my ability and tried to perfect it to get a good grade on it. Not only this, but I made it
 as entertaining as I could and I stayed up for a while completing it.

One piece of work that I found rather challenging just so happened to be this year in Spanish 3-H. In this project, we had to create a school handbook using all the forms of commands. Although we had a partner for this project, the difficulty level for both of us was hard because there are multiple rules to remember for commands. Especially, with having to write commands for 13 handbook pages. It was made even more challenging when our teacher marked up our sentences because they were wrong, even though we were almost positive beforehand they were correct. However, I persevered by dedicating a whole day to fix the mistakes Señora Soto highlighted. I looked back in my notes to get a better understanding of the mistakes made, and learned from them. Additionally, I was able to use the conjugation packet, that is still being completed, throughout this year to guide me. It has also enabled me to see other cultures perspectives and not just our own. Being in a Spanish class for the past three years, I have been able to learn some of this language and I hope to eventually become fluent in the future, in order to help me communicate with Spanish speaking citizens. To expand on this, I am planning to minor in Spanish in college, on top of majoring in nursing. Having the ability to communicate with others in two languages will be extremely beneficial for us both to connect.
