What I would tell a person with stage fright to just do the best they can and that some people just want to see other people fall down in life and if you do prove them wrong by getting back up on their feet and to keep pushing forward. For the people who have stage fright, I would suggest that you start to have a routine and to not change it in the slightest every day for example, have a certain food you eat in the morning. This is done by pilots so    they won't experience aerophobia or get disgruntled. So, Do the exact same routine everyday leading up to the performance day and to keep trying if you have failed.</div>]]></description>

Some good eating habits we should practice are for example the healthy plate. A portion for fruits and vegetables, a portion for meat and a portion for brown rice and wholemeal bread. Some vegetables and fruits I would recommend are, broccoli, apple, cabbage, banana and many more.<br>This helps to keep or diet balanced. Besides good eating habits, we should also exercise regularly as it improves our muscle strength and boosts our endurance.  If you do not exercise, your muscle are not able to get the strengths it needs and your body will slowly become weaker. That is why I greatly encourage everyone to exercise regularly.  Also sleep early for about 9 hours. Your body will be filled with enthusiasm once you wake up! Sleep well and eat well!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>T- i think that taking responsibility in your work is not that hard if you put effort into it.<br><br>R- as you can easily complete what you need to do if you just stay focus and work hard.<br><br>E- 3 years ago,&nbsp; i use to always loose focus and end up not completing what i need to do. I would always come back home from school and start to do my homework however, one simple distraction can cause a huge gap.<br><br>E- for example, when your'e in the midldle of doing something important, you sunddenly recive a notification on your phone, you'll wonder what its about and open the notification. you'll then get ditracted by your digital device and start to loose focus.<br><br>S- However, this mistake can be easily avioded. first, i suggest to give yourself some time to do whatever you want to do then, shut all your digital devices or go to a quite room that has nothing that can distract you. Afterwards, try to clear your mind from anything that can keep you zoning for a long time, you can simply do that by thinking about something that is less distrcating or think about that you dont want to remember. finally, whenever your'e ready you can start whatever you need to do.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>T- i think that alot of generations now-a-days are getting weaker and weaker with having a healthy lifestyle.<br><br>R- as humans are getting more attach to digital devices such as mobile phones, computers, TVs and many more. Most of us humans also prefer junk food instead of actual food.<br><br>E-for example, during our free time we have lots of things to do such as spring cleaning, arts and crafts, family bonding, making new friends and many more. However, most of us humans decide to play games for numerus hours per day. Or maybe some of us decide to eat alot of fatty and unhealthy food which can cause issues such as heart attacks.<br><br>E- I've never really have any issues with a healthy lifestyle however, I have read about a 17 year old boy's lifestyle in an article before. In 2018, a&nbsp; 17 year old boy was addicted to eating burgers, ice cream and other unhealthy junk food from a particular restaurant called McDonald's. Although the boy's parents&nbsp; have reminded the boy multiple times to cut down with eating junk food, he did not listen and continued eating junk food. However, on 27 October 2018 the 17 year old boy collapsed on the floor due to a sudden heart attack. Luckily the boy managed to survive.<br><br>S- I suggest that we eat fruits at least 4 times a week and exercise regularly. We can also set up a time table for each day to remind ourselves to keep fit and healthy.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Experience<br>Last time, I used to be bad at writing compositions and doing comprehension as I had little information about writing. So, my mother and I decided to go to the library to borrow some books to read. At first, I thought it was useless and it was a waste of time as&nbsp; I did not see any changes yet. But after a while, I realised that it actually help alot and I better understood how to write composition. I like to read problem solving books and books about things that happened in real life. My favourite series is the I Survived Series.&nbsp; My favourite book in all the series is the I Survived The Eruption of Mount&nbsp; St Helens.<br><br>Suggestion<br>If you are new to reading, I would reccomend you to first find out what variety of books you like to read for example fiction. Then you can borrow the most books from the library instead of starting off with thick books as it would not help at all. After you feel like you have mastered the basic books, you can move on to the more complicated books and then slowly level up step by step. You should also read books of other variety so that you  will gain  more knowledge on other types of books and also see how the authers write their book and use the informations that you  have read and use them composition writing .<br></strong><br></div>]]></description>
