The target audience for this project is 16-19 so it has to be suitable for people of that age range but also has to be appropriate for people of all ages and has to be friendly to people of all faiths, beliefs and genders as well. One of my ideas was photographing different parts of Central London such as Tower Bridge, the Shard etc. to put on posters to promote it to tourists and people who do not live near the area who are thinking of visiting. also researched some places I could take pictures at such as the Greenwich cable car which has a very good overlook of London which would make for a great poster, especially at sunset or on a sunny day. This idea is my most likely one to happen so far. I also thought of doing a short film about gangs and violence but I thought it wouldn't be very suitable for young children to watch and it'd be hard to find people affected by this to film with so I scrapped this idea. On Friday, I will start and complete my project proposal so the judges can confirm whether or not the topic I have chosen is suitable for different ages, faiths and gender as well as suitable to be completed on my own to meet all deadlines.

I also planned out a timeline for the whole project, taking into account bank holidays and study days also mentioning how I will complete each task and the resources required to complete them. This research will help me in the future as It has given me a better idea of how different professionals go about photographing different things, it also helped me decide what time of day i would photograph at each location and what permissions i'd need if i was using an actor or taking pictures on private property

After the dates I targeted, I will go back to the document and list whether I completed the task or not, if not i will list what changes I have/had to make and why. 

After this I also did a contingency plan for various variables that could occur during photography such as if I lose my SD card or if the weather is not very good on days I was supposed to take pictures. This helped me with my scheduling because when I googled the weather forecast for the upcoming weeks, it said that the weather will not be very suitable to shoot on most of the days I intended to go out so I rescheduled my days accordingly, specifically, I intended to go out to shoot on Tuesday to begin shooting but the weather is going to be cloudy on that day so I rescheduled to the Bank Holiday Monday instead.

After I listed these possible issues I spoke about the impact they would have on my production process and also how I can avoid these problems and stop them from happening. This helped as I will be less likely to make these mistakes in the future, and if they do happen, I will be prepared and ready to solve the issue.

I also did a risk assessment of possible health & safety risks there might be when I go into London such as possibly getting my equipment stolen, getting lost, or having an accident.
