I have really been missing you and thought it would be so nice if we could all keep in touch by sharing what we get up to on this new class blog.

I hope you all had a lovely Easter, even during lockdown. At our house we enjoyed the sunshine, Mr Livings and I planned an easter egg hunt in the garden for our two big children. Our two dogs, Billy ( Brown and white Cavalier) and Pippin (black, cross yorkie/chihuahua) got very excited helping them to find the easter egg pictures. After the hunt we had an egg and spoon race and Mr Livings won! ( I think we should have a re-match because he cheated and knocked the egg off my spoon on purpose!) After all that fun and exercise we had lunch, then Mr Livings had a nice rest in the hammock and I enjoyed reading my book, whilst our children ate some chocolate eggs. Then we chatted to friends and family on facetime.

Mr Livings has still been working at school. When he is there he has watered our seeds for us. He took some pictures to show you how well they are growing! You did a great job planting them Cuckoo's and they should be looking beautiful when we all return to school, ready for us to get busy planting them out in our new allotment area.

I have a Spaniel as well but he is a Springer. His name is Fenn. We play in the garden together and he tries to catch the ball from my Swingball. It is very funny. We've been having lots of fun in the garden and I learnt to ride my bike without stabilisers. 

We've been growing seeds and I planted a seed from my melon and it is growing. My mummy was killing the brambles because they were hurting me and Fenn. We can play hide and race there now.

We going to make scones today and we made some doughnuts yesterday. They were so amazing. We put some icing on them.

Hi Mrs Livings and all my friends

I'm missing you all. I loved seeing all your photos and I was very pleased to see how our seeds have grown and enjoyed seeing Mrs Livings dogs! 

I have been enjoying the beautiful sunshine and we have loved seeing all the bluebells, baby lambs, blossom trees and butterflies! My dog, Gryffin loves all the long walks and I've been giving him lots of cuddles! 

I have been busy  planting and the runner beans have begun to grow!  

I've also been enjoying practicing writing my letters!

Archie it's great to see you are getting your brother Finley to exercise with you and I can see you have been doing lots of great activities. I'm very impressed with your recognising and labelling of coins. Arwyen told me she learnt to ride her bike without stabilizers over the Easter holidays, well done Arwyen. It's amazing, Jack! How did you make it?!

 I've been making a ramp for my cars and it's amazing and we made the ramp with my old slide and my roller coaster. Mummy found some pipes in the brambles and I used them to make my cars go far.

I made some shakers and put rice in there and pasta and old popcorn and some cereal. They make different noises. Mummy made a harmonic (harmonica) with a comb and some tissue paper. It makes a funny noise.

Mrs Livings, my honeydew melon seed has got big big big! We've planted lots more seeds. I planted golden beetroot and leeks and purple carrots and flowers.

He is enjoying himself at home and likes the time we have together as a family, but he is missing you all.
Quinn says he misses Mrs. Livings and all his friends. 
He misses playing with Max and Joshua and wanted to say hello to them.
Some days we manage to do quiet a bit of school work and some day’s we spend time walking, drawing, building and playing. We try to take the days as they come and trying to combine it all with working as well. We have been camping in the garden and were pretending we were on holidays :-)

I have been busy practicing my cooking skills and bird watching and helping my son, Kingsley, with all his home learning too! Here are some photos of us all enjoying time together at home. The man in the pics is my partner, Les, and he has been keeping busy fixing lots of things around the house and relaxing listening to music.
