In my own perspective, the word teach shall be aligned with preach, so that it would help every student to be appropriately molded in discovering their strengths and capabilities as a student. As a matter of fact, if everyone is enlightened with knowledge they would be able to realize their potential as an individual. On the other hand, the teaching-learning process should be equally facilitated so that no one will be left behind. As a future teacher, I know that will be encountering differently-abled students including their learning styles and disabilities. Therefore, the acquisition of knowledge should be for everyone, not for a single one. Students are incomparable to one another. We should be mindful of what our learners can and cannot do. In other words, we should practice inclusivity for every diverse learner. As a result, rest assured everyone could reach the intended learning outcomes for our students. 

A great helping hand to teach would help students to reach the rope towards their path of success.

This quote has become memorable to me because as a future educator we should not expect that our students can learn on the same day or in the same way. I believe that it  is very important for us to view our students as individuals for the reason that every child has different developmental milestones, that's why as an educator our responsibility is to teach, support and guide them until they reach their full potential.

This beautiful quote serves as my philosophy in teaching and a reminder that we should not rush everything in teaching young learners and always trust the process because all children will surely grow and learn at their own pace. 

Lastly, to become an effective teacher is not just knowing the name, age, or background of our students, because the most important thing we need to do is to have a deeper understanding of the children's interests in learning, their strengths, and weaknesses in order to meet their individual needs.

"Teaching means we have to walk a mile in the shoes of our students," is what I would like to live by as an education student and a future teacher. That is also the primary answer to my question of how teachers were able to tend to their students individually. By placing themselves in the shoes of the learners that they are teaching. Knowing our names isn’t simply what they do, but they assess us. Spent their time choosing the best strategies to use in class. Considering everyone’s needs and learning styles so no one falls behind. 

Walking in our students' shoes will give us a better grasp of what works and what doesn't for them. We must see what they see in order to help them. A class has and will always have significant differences in many aspects; understanding where they are coming from will help us to better serve and understand each and every one. Being able to put ourselves in the students’ shoes and see things from their perspective can have a powerful impact on our ways of teaching, most importantly on the students’ learning. Seeing things through their eyes and experiencing the world as they do will not only allow us to know how we should teach them but will also teach us things we didn't know and experience before. 

I believe that if you are a teacher, you also have to listen to your students what their grievances are. Since grade school, I remember what happened to me when I talked to my teacher. Instead of listening to me, she scolded me.
 So I said to myself when I become a teacher I will not imitate the attitude she shows to her students. Because I believe that teachers are the second parents when it comes to school, so we should also listen to our students. Since grade school and until now, that's what I want to do when I become a full-fledged teacher.

 

My teaching philosophy is that “Every student can learn, just not on the same day, or in the same way.” All children are unique and necessitate a stimulating educational environment in which they can grow emotionally, mentally, physically, and socially. It is my goal to create this type of environment in which students can meet their full potential. I will foster a safe environment in which students are encouraged to share their ideas and take risks. 

I conclude that every child is unique and has something special to contribute to their education. I will help my students express themselves, accept themselves for who they are, and accept the uniqueness of others.  All classroom has its own community as a future educator my responsibility is to support each student in developing their individual potential and learning methods. I intend to provide a curriculum that incorporates each individual learning type while also making the subject relevant to the learners' life. Hands-on learning, cooperative learning, projects, themes, and individual work will all be used to engage and stimulate students' learning.

 We all know that every child has a different approach to coping with a lesson and a unique technique for studying. According to my philosophy, the great aim of education is not about knowledge but action, because experience is the best teacher that the student and teacher can learn from and share. For that reason, having knowledge and being able to apply it through action is more valuable than what I can think of.

     Being a teacher is a profession or should I say passion that is not easy responsibility. My teaching philosophy is like taking risk, if you don’t shoot your shot to improve yourself you will not fulfill/ satisfy the needs of your students to learn. It’s a long process to be a teacher; you need to be ready, you need to study more, to grow, and to be better. It’s an opportunity to learn a lot of things because being a teacher has a non-stop learning, understanding, patience, care, and love not only to their students but in their passion and themselves.

    So, if you’re a teacher you already taking this opportunity in a good cost to serve and to improve the education of our learners using the strategies that we’ve learned. If in the future you’ll be a successful teacher, I’ll be very proud of you because you take your shot and choose this path.
