they do not view high-risk eating behavior from a cultural perspective. They are judgmental about the way people live in terms of social structure. it is not right. They distinguish people in a separate category by race, but in the end they describe non-cultural traditions there. Its just the ordinary life of a person, regardless of his nationality. also the lines "The result is that the traditional roles where men would work to provide their families with nutritionally rich dietary supplements and ladies prepared the food have changed so that there is no one to ensure the food provided meets a certain dietary value or to prepare the foods the right way. " sounds sexist to me. this article had an interesting idea, but they didn't reveal it.

The idea of this text is that food tradition and nutritional practices are very bad for your health. The author tries to confirm this by using only negative examples and some strange and very subjective ones. For some reason, almost all examples are from different cultures but one is when the author talks about the working-class and talks about Asian-Americans under there when all other cultures got their own topic which is a little strange. Also, almost all of his points are very judgemental, racist and sexist. The author doesn’t have any credibility, because we even don’t know who the author is, this text looks like it was written by a student for homework who waited for a deadline and on the last day decided to write at least something and feels more like a compilation of different sources. Sources that the author uses are maybe credible but I think they are already out of date because most of them are from 2014.
