1. Reliability is important because you need to trust your teammates on and off the field. Team bonding is strengthening our reliability as a team. This will be useful with our back to the ball, and when we need someone to cover for us when we mess up. Adaptability is important because soccer is a fast moving game that is always adjusting/changing. Adapting quicker gives your team an edge, so you can counter faster or defend faster and either score or protect your team! Physically, being fit helps your adaptability which we will try to stay on our own and mentally, being locked in is vital, so we will always be ready to move! This is where mental strength and concentration comes in.

1. Having gratitude is important so you appreciate what you have, realize that not everyone has it as good as you do, and try not to take anything for granted.
2. Having gratitude makes us better athletes and teammates because it helps us realize that we are lucky to be able to play soccer. It greatly impacts our lives and shapes us as people, and we’ve come to realize this since we don’t have the chance to play together right now.
3. For our gratitude exercise, we all went around and said a couple things we were grateful for, mostly centered around Benet soccer. We then created a collage of some of these things to share!

Having gratitude is important because it can help you make friends, improves physical and mental health, enhance empathy, and reduce agression. 2. All of these benefits help us concentrate on our goals on and off the field. Having more empathy allows us to better connect and trust eachother on the field.

A fun activity to do with your family is to create your own dance moms pyramid. Print out one picture on each member in your family and organize it by a certain category. One way to organize it could be by how many movies/tv shows people have watched. The least at the bottom and most at the top. It could be in the shape of a pyramid but any shape works. There’s no rules for this.
