         <description><![CDATA[<div>Whenever I start feeling anxious or judgmental, I like to look for the both/and. This shows up a lot with work, as well as parenting. Remembering that, not only is there often a lot of gray area, but that we can hold two "opposites" at the same time is helpful for me to dissipate the anxiety and judgment.</div>]]></description>
