I hope this email finds you well. As you know, we will be conducting a calibration session during the module team meeting on the 13^th of March, at 10 am.  The purpose of this session is to ensure that our feedback to students is consistent and standardized across all classes. 

In preparation for this session, I would like to request that each teaching staff member mark three scripts(CW1*1 and CW2*2) attached using the grading criteria and rubrics provided. Please provide constructive feedback to the students based on the grading criteria and rubrics. 

After marking the scripts, please send your feedback to me and Eche via email before next Monday 13^th of March.  This will give us enough time to review the feedback and identify any inconsistencies or discrepancies that need to be addressed during the calibration session. 

During the calibration session, we will be reviewing and discussing the grading criteria, rubrics, and other evaluation tools used to assess student submissions.

One of the most significant benefits of PBL is that it helps students to think critically and analyze problems more effectively. By working through a problem, Students are able to identify the root cause of the issue, and then develop a plan of action to address it. This process helps students to become more adept at identifying patterns, assessing information, and making informed decisions.

Another benefit of PBL is that it encourages collaboration and communication skills. By working with other learners, students are able to exchange ideas, receive feedback, and develop a deeper understanding of the problem. This not only helps to build their own knowledge and skills but also fosters a sense of community and teamwork.

Overall, completing the problem-based learning workshop has likely helped me to develop a range of valuable skills, including critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication. These skills will be valuable in many aspects of my life, and will help students to approach challenges with greater confidence and competence.
