She smiled and turned over to see her sister Emma rolling over and groaning “Ugh, I don’t want to go to school!” Says Emma. “Oh, come on! It’s not that bad. What about all your friends?” Emma rolls over again to face Mia who is now sitting up and glares. “I doubt you forgot they all moved up a grade and my dumb butt didn’t!!” Mia laughs as she loves picking on her sister. “And what about lunch?” She says. Emma replies with “...Yeah- but my classes are so boring!” They then hear a pounding on their door as their dad yells “Come on, Girls! I made breakfast.” Mia climbs out of bed and grabs her clothes that she had laid out the night before and opens the door to their room, looking back at Emma who is still sitting up while leaning against the wall “You going to get up or sit there like a slug.” Mia says as she walks out of the room chuckling. “Oh, I am so going to punch you after school, Amelia!!” Emma yells out the door and into the hallway. Mia laughs and walks into the bathroom and changes into her Jeans and shirt. She puts on her makeup and walks downstairs as Emma walks into the bathroom. “Morning Mom and Dad!” Mia yells as she sits down at the table as her Mom set down her food in front of her. “Don’t yell in my house” She says as she’s walking away to do the dishes. Mia smiles and eats her food as Emma comes and sits down across from her and eats her food as well. Mia finishes first and brings her plate and silverware to the sink. She kisses her Mom’s cheek and says “I’m off to school!” “Don’t get into any trouble with Christopher again like you did yesterday, Amelia” Her mom responds. Mia replies back with a thumbs up then begins walking over to Emma and rubbing her head “You going to be able to catch up with me?” Emma looks up at her and says “Oh, I’m going to beat you this time.” “Yep, sure you are.” Mia replies back while putting on her shoes and walking out the door. She gets to the mailbox when Emma runs out. “You ready?” Mia says. Emma nods as Mia counts down “Three… Two... One!” They both start running to the bus stop. Mia is very far ahead when she gets to the bus stop and Emma follows after her. “Ugh!” Emma Grunts “How do you always beat me!?” Mia laughs and says “Well. I am more experienced then you. Keep trying, you did say you wanted to do track with me.” “Well, Yeah! I do but I’m not as fast as you.” Emma replies while she is crouched on the ground, gasping for breath. “You’ll be fine. Just keep practicing, Lil sis.” Mia says as she takes off her glasses and puts them on Emma. Emma takes the glasses off and puts them on Mia’s head. “I’m not your Lil sis. We’re twins!! I was only born like- 5 minutes after.” Emma says while pouting. “Ok Alright, I’ll stop” Says Mia while standing up and putting her glasses back, then rubbing Emma’s head and watches the bus pull up to them. “Let’s go” She says and Emma stands up and follows her into the bus. They both take a seat next to each other and Mia lays her head back while closing her eyes. Soon, they get to their school and everybody shuffles out of the bus. Emma and Mia are the last to get out. They’re walking slowly and Mia’s friend runs over “Hey, Mia!!”. Mia turns and says “Oh, Hey Lily. Where’s Braxton?” Emma and Lily both say at the same time “Ooo, Mia misses her boyfriend.” Mia groans and replies with “Nooo, we have the same math class and he asked me for help on the homework. Plus, he doesn’t like me back either way and we’re not dating!” Lily frowns and says “I really need to ask him if he does, I keep forget” Mia glares at Lily “Don’t you dare, Lillian.” Lily holds her hands up “Fine, I won’t.” Emma laughs from beside them. “Well I should get heading to my classes, You guys have fun. See you at lunch!” Says Emma as she runs into the school. Lily and Mia begin to walk inside when Braxton runs over to them. “Hello, Girls.” “Hey, Braxton” They both reply back. “Oh, by the way, you said you needed help with the math homework?” Mia says while looking over at Braxton. “oh, Uh sorry. I asked Lily for help and surprisingly she knew how to do it.” He says while rubbing Lily’s head. “Oh, hush up!” She says while playfully pushing him away. Braxton laughs as we’re walking into the school and he walks over to his group of friends. The bells rings and Lily and Mia run to their class together. They both slide into their seats and smile at each other. Mr. Bitting walks into the classroom and says “Everybody, pull out your math books.” Everybody pulls out their math books after handing in their homework and do math for an hour then the bell rings. The class then rustles out of the classroom and go to their lockers to get their books for the next class. Chris comes over to Mia and leans on her locker. “Hello, Amelia Foster.” Mia looks up at Chris. “Hello Christopher” She says and begins to walk away. Chris grabs her wrist and pins her against the lockers and says “Where do you think you’re going? Don’t think I forgot about you slapping me yesterday.” Mia’s eyes widen in surprise “You tripped Emma.” Chris’ face gets closer to Mia’s and says “And?” Mia pushes him back and walks away but Chris trips her and she face plants on the ground, slamming her nose into the concrete. She then sat up in plank position and saw Principal Adams watching her while leaning against the door to his office. She sat up and touched her nose while hissing in pain and blood going down her face. She wiped it off and stood up, turning back around to look at Chris. He smirked and turned around to walk away. Mia reached forward grabbing the back of his sweatshirt and turning him back around, she then punched him in the face making him fall to the ground holding his nose. “You know how it feels now, Christopher Adams.” He groaned and Mia smirked while walking away to face Principal Adams. “Good Morning, Principal Adams.” She began to walk past him when he blocked her way with his hand “Ah ah ah, Amelia. To my office, Now.” “On my way right now!” Mia shouted and started walking with Principal Adams following behind her. When they got their she sat in the chair in front of his desk and slumped down into it. “Amelia, what is going on with you? You slapped Christopher yesterday and now you punched him today?” Mia frowned and replied with “He tripped my sister. And you saw why I punched him today. You’re just defending him because he’s your son!” “...Amelia that is not why I’m defending him.” Principal Adams said while sighing softly. “Yes, it is. Have a problem with me defending my sister and myself then suspend me!” Mia yelled as she walked out of the room. Principal Adams sighed while looking down as Mrs. Adams walks in and says “She being rough again?” “She’s tough.” He says as he looks up at her. “That’s why I think we need to ask her. She would be perfect for it, except for her stubbornness.” Mrs. Adams laughs softly. “Well, I have her in science next period. Want me to send her in here after the class?” She says. “That would be great.” Principal Adams says as he smiles softly. Mrs. Adams walks out as the bell wings and follows Mia into her class. She walks to the front after everybody has sat down and starts writing on the board “Cells”.  After the lesson everybody walks out and as Mia is packing up her stuff Mrs. Adams calls her. “Hey Mia. Do you mind going to Principal Adams office?” Mia frowns “But I was just there.” “I know, he needs to talk to you though.” Mrs. Adams replies. Mia nods and walks back to his office and sits down, slumping in the chair again. Principal Adams speaks up “Amelia, I need to talk to you about something.” “Oh, and what would that be? Am I finally suspended?” Mia retorts while rolling her eyes. “No, that is not what I need to talk to you about” Principal Adams says while pulling out a letter and handing it to Mia. “What’s this?” She says. “Just read it” He replies back. She opens it and reads the words “Spy Academy” and her eyes widen.

The astronaut controlling the ship got into the driver seat as they held on tight, ready for blastoff.  As Amelia looked down at her daughter she saw a worried look on her face. “You ok, Daisy?” Amelia said with a concerned look on her face. “Yep, I’m fine, Mom.” Daisy lied, she wasn’t fine she was really worried about flying to the moon. It seems so scary but it’s a risk her parents wanted to take so Daisy and her brother Max decided to go along instead of staying with their Grandma for the rest of their life. She thought as the Spacecraft shot into the air. Josh looked over at Max and rubbed his arm seeing he was scared. “It’s going to be ok, we’ll land safely” Josh said with a grin on his face. 
When they landed on the Moon they took off their safety straps and stood up collecting the family’s bags and walking out. When they walked out of the spacecraft Max ran to Josh whining. “What’s wrong, Max?” Josh said to him bending down to be at Max’s eye level.
Max replied saying “I want to go home!”
“Hey, it’s going to be ok. We’ll have fun living here” Josh said while rubbing Max’s back. Josh looked back at Amelia while she was hugging Daisy and Max. “Let’s go” Josh said to them walking toward the abandoned town. Amelia followed Josh as he walked into the town with the bags. She held Max with one arm and held Daisy’s hand with the other. They walked into the house and Daisy hid behind Amelia. “Shhh, there’s nothing to be afraid of.” Amelia said to them trying to comfort them. Josh set down the bags and packed the fridge and cabinets with food. Josh then took the kid’s bags up to their room and took Josh’s and Amelia’s bag to theirs and started unpacking. Daisy opened her bag and pulled out her Rabbit stuffed animal. She then put her blankets on her bed and sat on the bed reading a book until Max walked into the room. “Daisy?” Max said walking into Daisy’s room looking for her. Daisy looked up from the book and looked at Max. “Yes, Max? Do you need help with your sheets?” She said closing her book. Max nodded and walked into his room pulling out his blankets. “I can’t put them on my bed” Max said. “Ok, I can help you with that!” Daisy walked into Max’s room and started putting his sheets on his bed. Daisy put Max’s pillows and stuffed animals onto his bed. After she finished she put her hands onto her hips. “Done!” Daisy said smiling at Max. “Thank you!” Max said and jumped onto his bed and cuddled into his stuffed animals as Daisy walked out of the room. Soon enough Josh finished unpacking his things and walked into Max’s room as Amelia went to Daisy’s. Josh sat on Max’s bed and said “It’s time for dinner!” Max’s jaw dropped while he smiled and ran downstairs hungry. Behind him Daisy, Mom and Dad followed behind him down the steps and to the dinner table. When they finished eating Josh said “Do you guys want to go for a walk? Explore a little bit before bed?” They all replied yes. So, after dinner they walked outside and went for a walk. Josh was leading the way as they went into the mountains. They looked over the hills and saw blue looking characters staring at them. Josh stood in front of everybody as if he was protecting them. Max cried out “AHHHHH!” as he ran down the hill and into the house. Amelia and Daisy ran after him. Josh slowly following behind keeping his eyes on the blue characters. Daisy called for Max as she ran inside looking for him. She ran into Max’s room and looked under the bed and saw him hiding. ‘Aw, poor Max.” she said as she climbed under the bed with him. Max whimpered and cuddled into Daisy and said ‘Who were those people out there?” Daisy replied saying “I don’t know but they didn’t seem dangerous. We’ll just have to watch out for them, only go outside when Mom or Dad says so, ok?” “Ok...” Max replied with a sad yet scared tone as he and Daisy fell asleep. Amelia walked in and carried Daisy to her own bed. Daisy, Amelia and Josh woke up to hearing a scream and they all ran into Max’s room. “Max!” Called Amelia as she looked under the bed and in the closet but he was nowhere to be found.

It would cost a price but one family was ready and decided to go knowing there was a risk.

Mia laughs more and says “Nice joke, Principal Adams! That’s a great joke. You should prank Emma and Lily as well!!” He sighs softly “Amelia. I’m serious. You can fight. You punched Christopher in the nose earlier, you’re perfect for it.” She frowned and says “Fine, then when do I start this “Spy school” of yours?”  “Tomorrow” Principal Adams responses with. Mia’s eyes widened again and says “What am I going to tell my mom?” Principal Adams responded with “Tell her you joined a club.” Mia rolled her eyes and stood up, walking out of his office saying “Alright, well I’ll see you for the “Spy academy” tomorrow.” She slammed the door behind her and walked to her locker where Lily met up with her. “Why did you go to Principal Adams office, Amelia?” Lily said while watching Mia pull out her books from her locker. “I punched Christopher in the face.” Mia responded with but not looking up at Lily. Lily’s eyes widened and shouted “Amelia!!” and everybody looked at them. Mia punched Lily in the arm, looking at her and saying “Don’t shout! You’re going to attract attention.” then looking back at her locker and getting her books for the next class. Lily rubbed her arm and said “Ok ok, but why?” Mia slammed her locker and responded with “He smacked Emma yesterday and tripped me today. I got payback.” and started to walk away. Lily ran up after her, turning into walking after “Ok, but you knew you were going to go to the principle’s office. So, why do it? You could’ve gotten suspended.” Mia smirked while looking down and turned around to face Lily. “Exactly. At this point I don’t care if I get suspended. Now, I have class. I’ll see you later! Bye!!” Mia shouted as the bell rang and she ran to her next class. Lily pouted and mumbled “Bye.” Mia ran into class and when she entered she slowed down because everybody was staring at her. She sat down and slumped in her chair while putting her headphones on. When the class ended she picked up her stuff and walked out, walking to her locker. She puts her books into her locker and slammed it shut. When she was about to walk out of the school Lily shouted from down the hall “Mia! Wait up.”. Mia turned around and saw Lily running at her, but she kept walking and when Lily caught up she said “Why are you so grumping today?” Mia stared at the ground and responded with “I’m not grumpy.” Lily pouted again and said “Yeah you are. Why are you upset?” Mia shouted saying “I’m not grumpy! Go away!” and then ran off. Lily sighed but didn’t chase after her, knowing she couldn’t catch up. Emma saw her running and chased after her. When they both got to the house Emma looked at Mia while saying “Why did you run away from Lily?” Mia pushed her off and ignored her. Mia walked up to her room and through her bag down on the floor and plopped onto her bed then stared at the ceiling. Emma walked in and set her backpack on her bed, she then sat on Mia’s bed and said “Amelia, talk to me. You don’t ignore Lily like that. What’s wrong”?” Mia sat up beside her and said “Nothing’s wrong. I just got into another fight with Christopher and my nose really hurts, plus she’s being annoying.” Emma looked at her with a confused look and responded with “You never think Lily’s annoying, what’s up?” Mia groaned and said “Fine, you want to know what’s really wrong? Principal Adams said I’ve been recruited for this ‘spy academy” and I don’t know if he’s playing a prank on me to be stupid or if he’s being serious.” She then laid back down on the bed and puts her hands on her face. Emma looked over at her “He’s probably playing a joke, it’s be ok.” She says as she rubs Mia’s head. Mia’s says “We should just do our homework before bed. But remember, you tell NOBODY about this, understand me?” Emma nods slightly and says “Yeah, I won’t tell anybody.” Then their parents called them down for dinner. They both walked down and sat at their seats then began eating dinner. “You girls seem awfully quiet. How was school?” Their mom asked. Emma looked over at Mia but Mia didn’t respond so Emma did. “It was good” She responded with. “I had an art project that I forgot about though so my teacher is giving me until tomorrow to do it, I’m going to complete it after dinner.” Mom smiled and looked over at Mia “And you?” Mia shrugged “It was good I guess. I got into another fight with Christopher and got called to the principle office, nothing happened though. Oh, my nose did start bleeding though because he tripped me and I face planted on the ground.” She said while touching her nose slightly and then beginning to eat her food again. She looked up at her mom and dad staring at her. “You got into another fight. Amelia! What did I tell you about this? You need to leave him alone.” Her mom said. Mia replied with “He started it! He pinned me to the lockers because I slapped him for tripping Emma yesterday. I was fighting back when he had tripped me after I shoved him off of me.” Both of her parents sighed. Mia stood up and grabbed her dishes while putting them in the sink she said “I’m going to do homework.” And walked upstairs then slamming her door. She laid on her bed and groaned in frustration. Emma looked up at her parent’s downstairs and they both sighed. Emma stood up and said “I’ll talk to her, I’m going up to do my art project.” And then put her dishes in the sink, walked upstairs and into her room. She sat at her desk and began her art project. Mia spoke up while sitting up and said “Why don’t they understand? I didn’t do anything wrong! I was protecting myself...” Emma didn’t respond for a bit but then said “I know… I’ll talk to them about it too. But you shouldn’t have hurt him back. The principal is there for a reason, talk to him.” “You really think his DAD is going to discipline him at school? He’s the most popular kid there. Principal Adams doesn’t care what he does.” Mia replied with. Emma sighed and said “Yeah, I guess you’re right.” 

The next day they both got up for school and grabbed their back packs, doing their normal morning routine as always. Mia was worried as she hadn’t talked to her parents since last night. When she got downstairs she grabbed a toaster strudel and walked out the door. “I’m heading to school Mom, I’m going to be late if I don’t!” She shouted up the steps and walked out into the cold air with Emma shortly behind her they got to the bus stop. They didn’t race this morning.

When they got to the school Mia took a deep breath before walking off the bus. Lily walked up to her and said “Hi, sorry about bothering you yesterday.” Mia responded with “Oh, It’s fine! I was kind of in a grumpy mood.” Lily smiled and said “Ok. Well, we’re both kind of late, I’m going to get to class.” And then ran to class. Mia followed behind her.

When she finished her last class, she packed up her books she ran out of the school building. She saw Lily walking out and walked to her saying “Hey, I’m going to walk home instead of taking the bus. I know we planned to... Sorry.” Lily nodded and hopped onto the bus. Mia ran back inside and ran to the Principal’s office, dodging the teachers. She ran into the Principal’s office, busting open the door. Principal Adams jumped as Mia busted into his office. “AH! Oh. Amelia! What is with all this commotion?” She glared at him “Sir, you know why.” He nodded with a smile on his face and pushed a button under his desk that opened some stairs that lead down to under the school. She looked at it with a smile on her face.
