Since our target customer is the residential students, the rules and regulations that strictly prohibited them from bringing any cooking appliances made them difficult to prepare meals for themselves. Therefore, we offered a homemade, hearty and satisfying meal for them to munch on during their break. We also offered a generous amount of toppings to choose from, such as cheese, enoki mushroom and sausages, and two flavours of spicy Samyang for them to pick.

Moving on to the next challenge is the difficulties in finding Samyang Roll in the area. We came up with the idea of selling Samyang Rolls because we acknowledge that the spicy, and intensely-flavoured meals, nicely wrapped are one of the rarest delish that can be found here. Furthermore, since the Samyang roll is quite well-known from TikTok's recipe, thus we decided to sell a product that is uncommon in the area and can be delivered to their place while it is still scorching hot. One of the problems that they also encounter is the delivery charges where some businesses charged a higher delivery rate. Therefore, we decided to fore our production kitchen based in Rafflesia and Sakura College with delivery charges as low as 50 cents.

Based on my experience of being involved in handling this business, I honestly feel so excited since it was my first time managing a small business. The most important lesson that I learned throughout this business is that it is very easy to talk about business ideas yet so hard to develop it. At first, it was quite easy to plan everything but when it comes to handling the real experience of selling the products, I realised how draining and exhausting it actually is. However, I feel so proud of myself and my group members by making this project a success despites having no experience in business world. Positive feedbacks from all our customers makes me feel so honored and all the struggles or efforts were very worth it.

As this was my first time running a small business, I initially felt a little scared. Following our thorough planning, I experienced excitement for operating this business. Even though handling and preparing all the ingredients needed to make the dish was rather difficult, I was grateful to have my group members' help. Following the positive response from the customer, I also feel proud of my team. Aside from being in charge of the cooking, I also had to handle the financial records. For this task, I need to calculate the cost per unit of the product. Having no prior business or accounting expertise made it challenging for me, but with the help of my group, I was able to complete it. My experience with this small business is great.

In my first reflection about this project given,i get the opportunity to experiance and learn various new things in real business life situation.I found it interesting to do this business project because i can cooperate with my team members.I also have learn about business online which is a trend in social media that can attract more customers easily.As we all know,social media is an easier way to get customers because people use it everyday for many purposes.I found it hard to find customers so i have to promote the product constantly.For my task,i was in charge to be a service customer where i have to ask for confirmation from customers whether they still want to proceed the order or not.I found many people with different behaviour so i had to treat and deal with them nicely without having any problem.Furthermore,Go-ecommerce is also a new thing for me.This experiance will be unforgettable because its very crucial for me if i want to do business in the future.

The name of our business is scrummyrolly. We chose this business name because we decided to sell spicy food called Samyang roll which is quite a trend among people these days. We sell the Samyang roll with various toppings such as enoki, sausage, cheese and others. Samyang roll is made by wrapping Samyang mee and any chosen topping using rice paper. It can be eaten with any sauce to make it tastier. This food is suitable for people who love spicy food. For the colour selection of the logo, we choose yellow because it suits our sales. The study results state that yellow is the colour of the sun and symbolizes energy and enjoyment. The colour yellow affects the mind and body by creating feelings of happiness and excitement. We promote our product using social media by posting on Instagram, telegram and WhatsApp and it works well. We sell only twenty boxes of Samyang roll with different topping chosen by customers. For the delivery of products, most customers choose self-pickup as a delivery option. The gross profit that we got from these sales is Rm310.30. We hope that we can continue selling this product in the future.
