         <description><![CDATA[<div>I want to be a better me by working out more in order to gain more muscle. To do this, I want to do 20 push ups a day and 30 squats. This may not seem like a lot but this is a great personal goal for myself. My one worry is that my motivation won't be there. I am worried that after the first week I may give up or make excuses for not doing them like "Oh I went on a run today so I don't need to do my squats and push ups." But I don't want this to happen so any thoughts??</div>]]></description>
