Hanya membantu ticketing (war tiket) hingga customer mendapatkan e-ticket/e-voucher.

Kami tidak menjamin 100% akan mendapatkan tiket karena ticketing dilakukan secara manual tanpa bot, tetapi kami akan mengusahakan yang terbaik.

Kami tidak bisa menjamin/request low Queue Number/Seat Number front row.

Ticketing menggunakan data/akun pribadi customer.

Jika membutuhkan membership, maka membership yang digunakan adalah milik customer.

Jika platform ticketing adalah Ticketmaster Singapore & Thaiticketmajor maka akun yang digunakan untuk ticketing adalah akun tim Natcha, namun  e-ticket/e-voucher tetap atas nama customer.

Bisa request titip bayar (pembayaran menggunakan kartu admin) jika customer tidak dapat melakukan pembayaran sendiri/tidak bisa standby saat ticketing.

Pelunasan fee jaswar di akhir saat tiket sudah berhasil didapatkan.

DP akan hangus jika:
- Cancel sebelum atau saat ticketing.
- Customer ikut war dan dapat lebih dulu sebelum admin menginfokan jika tiket berhasil didapatkan.

Customer tetap harus melunasi fee jaswar jika:
- Customer ikut war dan dapat lebih dulu setelah admin menginfokan jika tiket berhasil didapatkan.
- Admin sudah menginfokan jika tiket berhasil didapatkan, namun customer membatalkan/tidak membayar tiket tersebut.

Jika tidak berhasil mendapatkan tiket, customer tidak perlu melunasi fee jaswar dan DP akan direfund 100% tanpa potongan apapun.

Jika terjadi kelalaian customer saat pembayaran (misalnya tidak dapat dihubungi dan tidak menyelesaikan pembayaran), maka tetap harus membayar fee jasa war.

Jika tiket berhasil didapatkan namun gagal bayar (misal karena masalah pada kartu atau metode pembayaran yang dipilih tidak berhasil), maka tetap harus membayar 50% dari fee jaswar.

Jika tiket tidak didapatkan saat presale maka akan dibantu di gensale. Jika tidak ingin dibantu di gensale harap konfirmasi ke admin.

Kami tidak bertanggung jawab jika terjadi error pada website/aplikasi ticketing yang berada di luar kendali kami.

Kami tidak memiliki grup chat. Semua informasi akan kami update melalui personal chat whatsapp/DM

Natcha only assist until you get the e-ticket/e-voucher.

Natcha can't guarantee 100% success rate in securing tickets since we work manually without bots, but we'll do our best.

Natcha can't guarantee or accept requests for a low queue number or front-row seat. 

Ticketing uses your personal data or account.

If a membership is needed, you must provide it.

If the ticketing platform is Ticketmaster Singapore, the account used for ticketing will be Natcha's team account, but the ticket will still be under your name.

You can request payment via admin’s card if you are unable to make the payment or cannot be available during the ticketing.

Full payment of the service fee is paid after securing the ticket.

Booking slot fee is not refundable if:
- cancel before or during ticketing.
- You join the war and get the ticket before admin informs you that we’ve secured the ticket.

Service fee must still be paid if:
- You join the war and get the ticket after admin has informed you that we’ve secured the ticket.
- Admin has informed you that the ticket is secured, but you cancel it or not proceed the payment.

If the ticket isn’t secured, you won’t need to pay the fee and your booking slot fee will be fully refunded (100%).

If you fails to complete the payment (e.g. can’t be reached and not complete the payment), you still need to pay the service fee.

If the ticket is secured but payment fails due to credit card issues or you decide not to proceed the purchase, you must still pay 50% of the service fee.

If the ticket is not secured in presale, we’ll assist in general sale. Please inform the admin if you don’t want to continue for the general sale.

Natcha is not responsible for ticketing website/app errors that are out of our control.

We don’t have a group chat. All updates will be shared with you through personal WhatsApp/DM.

We only accept payments in IDR via Wise or BCA (Bank Central Asia) bank transfer. Please make sure to cover any transfer fees.
