If I were to think about a sustainable house for myself, I will choose something that looks like a japanese/korean traditional house. I would like to be far from the city and surrounded by nature since I love seeing beautiful sceneries around me. As much as possible I want it to be simple but at the same time elegant as well. In addition, I will use solar power for my electricity and to make sure that the water that I will be consuming will not put to waste.

I hope it comes to true in the future <3 (fingers crossed hehe)

I have always imagined my dream house with big windows. In that way, more natural light comes in and less electricity will be consumed. As for its other sustainable features, initially, I would really like to use sustainable building materials during the construction of the house. So this means reclaimed or re-purposed wood, glass, bricks, and the like. Aside from this, I would like to make use of the greywater system where waste water is diverted into an irrigation or a treatment and recycling system. These are just a few of the sustainable features I would like to incorporate into my future home, but of course, as more features become reality, the longer this list will get.

If given a chance to purchase or construct my next house, I would choose a sustainable one. It'll feature solar panels which acquire clean and pure energy from the sun, just like the picture shown below as it can help combat greenhouse gas emissions and lessen our dependence on electricity which came from fossil fuels such as coal, gas liquids, petroleum, and natural gas. Burning these fossil fuels are harmful for the environment as it releases air pollution which are not only harmful to the environment but to our health as well.

Ever since I was a child, I have always been obsessed with houses. I would get attracted to any decent, stylish yet simple house. I have envisioned myself in a two storey house with an open basement and a swimming pool and of course with a solar panel. Aside from that, I also want my house to be situated in an enclosed open area covered with two small trees just like the picture below because I love nature hence, I will have peaceful environment and clean air :))

I’ve always dreamt about building a minimalist house whereas it exhibits minimal interior wall design, large storage spaces, open floor areas and natural light accentuated. Eco-friendly materials and equipments will be used during construction thus, excessive use of electricity won’t be a problem due to the utilization of solar panels placed on the roofs and other open areas that surrounds the house. Aside from that, I envision the exterior of the house with my own backyard vegetation and vegetable garden to reduce spending and to improve health. This kind of houses are not only an architectural and interior design trend but also, provides benefits to our environment because minimal houses consumes less byproducts compare to an average to extravagant houses.

I really love the house of the Kramer family because I like the concept of the house. The house is modern and has glass and wooden panels because I like the equipment in my dream house is wood harvested from sustainable farms, I also want to install solar panels in my home. Also, I love plants so I just want in my future home to be surrounded by many trees. Then there are also plants inside my house. :)

I've always dreamt of having a house near the beach. I don't know but ever since i was a kid beach always makes me so happy and peaceful. Anyways It will be a 3 story house, design will be modern with a mix of scandinavian interiors because I like to mix and match everything. My dream house would be situated in a place that has a quiet and peaceful community. It will be a 2-story house with a basement and there would be solar panels which provides clean and pure energy from the sun. Solar power is a 100% clean, renewable energy source. Installing solar panels on my home helps combat greenhouse gas emissions and reduces our collective dependence on fossil fuel. Solar energy requires little to no water to operate. So, not only does solar power not pollute water resources, it also doesn’t put a strain on the world’s water supply.

I would love to have a house that looks like this where I think I can live happily and comfortably with my family. I choose it to be made out of wood so that it would be environment-friendly and to be appropriate with the location. Wood-framed buildings/ houses are much lighter, leading to a low cost substrates and makes them more resistant to earthquakes.

I want everything to look neat and aromatic. It should be of simple design; I would like it to be designed in basic colors that are fascinating to the eyes. I would also want to have a huge lawn in front of my house and there should be a garden planted with fruit trees, bushes, and flowers. In my backyard, there should be a vegetable gardening to improve my family's health and to save money on groceries because it is also one way to have a sustainable house. The interior design should be carefully plotted because I don't like my dream house to be jammed with a lot of unnecessary furniture- rather, I would like to have enough space to feel free.
