FINDINGS:
A. Severity of problems

1.There are 79.1% of the respondents were claimed that they faced problem due to the lack of
facilities where this problem may interrupt their business in PMFST. However, only 20.9% of the
respondents are disagree about this lacking of facilities may interrupt their business.

2. Based on the questionnaire, about 72.7% of the respondents said that they come to PMFST to
do the assignments. Next, 67.4% of the respondents are doing the discussion and 46.5% of the
respondents said that they come to PMFST to study. The others respondents said that they come
to PMFST for eating, drinking, meeting and others thing.

B. Facilities problems

1. Based on the survey, almost 74.4% of the respondents said that they are uncomfortable with
the facilities in PMFST compared to 25.6% of the respondents are comfortable.

2. Based on our observation, we see that:

1)The tables and chairs are not enough to support all the students that come to the room.
2)There are a few lights and fans are not working well.
3)The air conditioners are also not functioning well.
4)The rooms also looks dull and unattractive for students to study.

C. Financial problems

1. Based on the interview, the exco of public relation of pmfst said that the cost to cover all the
damage facilities are not enough. They need more money to buy the new equiptment to replace
the damaged one such as the lights, chairs, tables and renewed damaged air conditioner.

2. But then we also brought this issue to the Prasarana officer of UKM via phone interview. Based
on the interview, he said the voices of previous students on the problem of the lack of facilities did
not reach to them. This is because the complaints can only be made by the staff of
UKM. That's why they can not help students to repair the facilities at PMFST.

CONCLUSION:

The data obtained clearly indicates that FST students are facing facilities and financial
problems. The lack of facilities such as chairs and tables are not enough, the lights and fans are
not working well and the air conditioning does not function properly might be the major reasons
behind the facilities problems. The lack of finance to repair all the damaged equipment at pmfst
become one of the causes of this problem can not be solved. Besides, the way to voice
complaints about this problem also must be through the correct channel so that provisions and
solutions for facilities recovery can be obtained. As a result, all of these problems will affects all
the FST students's bussiness in there and this is really make them uncomfortable with all the
facilities in pmfst. If the problem is not resolved immediately, the effect will be more worrisome.
