Current Leadership Skills: For someone my age, I have experience with people:As a result of playing on many different sports teams, living in different states/regions, and going to different schools, I have seen, and dealt with, more personalities than an average kid. 
I believe in my mindset:As a young person, my mindset is bound to still change, but I believe in what I got. I truly believe and trust in myself and my journey. I try to stay genuine, while also considering the perspective of others, when necessary. 
SOB ability:Not to be harsh(I hope saying “SOB” doesn’t count as a bad word) but I believe I have what it takes to generally say no. It’s good to be kind and please people, but every now and then, as leaders, we will need to say no and potentially be blunt. I possess this trait, when necessary. 
An understanding of ups and downs:This can feed into a mindset, but simply put, I understand that there will be rough days. Rough days can, ironically, be good for a team, and cause the team to grow, become less fragile, and become stronger. 

There is a certain type of pressure that can follow a team that many people are not used to. 
Hope to Learn About Leadership:
Just more overall experience/knowledge and/or wisdom on the subject. Being young, I will obviously be naive to certain things, there’s nothing wrong with that. While I don’t have any one specific area in mind, just general experience,knowledge, and wisdom is what I hope to learn. 

This quote, in my opinion, is a perfect example of how tough times can grow a person and/or a team. Whether it be through life, sports, relationships, events, etc., many things, both good and bad, will happen.
Role Model:
I’ve never really had a huge role model, I just try to dissect the mentalities of people on TV. One of my bigger inspirations in sports is Joe Burrow, simply because of the mindset. He contains a sort of stoic, automatic confidence that is inspiring and certainly noticeable.
What I want t be when I Grow up?
I plan on going to college after I graduate HS. A major I’m paying close attention to right now is sports management. I think it’s important to obtain balance in your life by being unbalanced. With a job, I think it’s important to have both stability and a potential for upside. With a sports management job, I think you get sort of both, to briefly describe it. I, also, just find managing sports much more fun and amusing than managing some type of office job, for example(not to say that there is anything wrong with having an office job, of course.)
Who are you named after?
I don’t know what I was named after, I just know my parents liked the name Davis.
If you could be an animal, what would you be?
I’d definitely be a dog. A dog’s life can be tough, but the way all dog’s seem to positively interact with their families is nice to see.
