Why would people need to control it if it would not be aimed to be addictive?

The attention span decreases if we have those platforms. The only thing left for us to do is eliminating the option to get addicted by the apps. But they are addicting

People have a peer pressure from friends that are on the way to be addicted. They ask to keep up the flames on snap e.g.
