  • I often find it difficult to log in as I forget that the links to log in are further down the page. 
  • There are too many clicks to access the LH. 
  • There is too much unused white space on the LH.

What we did - we reduced the sizes of the institution login links and images, therefore, users see these links as soon as the page loads and no longer need to remember to scroll down on the page to access them

What we did - We added the 'Completion Progress' Block where learners now have an overview of the relevant resources on their courses required to pass. Learners can access these resources and check course progress from this new Block. It also enables teachers to more easily view who has completed specific activities from within the course.

This is a Padlet. Background
A few months ago we gathered feedback from various users of their experience with using the Learning Hub (LH). We are now in the process of rolling out some of the improvements and would like to get your feedback on the changes we have made to the Learning Hub. 
These changes have not been applied to the LIVE Learning Hub environment but have instead been applied to a separate LH testing environment known as UAT. The UAT environment is where we would like you to log in and view these changes. You will then submit your anonymous feedback within this Padlet.

  • Can the course dev form be more visible on the page, please
  • Can the course merchant page be more dynamic and interactive
  • There is a lot of unused space on the page that could be used for more useful information such as quick links, and frequently used links across KHP.

What we did - 
  • Removed the large image advert and replaced it with a dynamic carousel to host more information while using less space. The Course Development Form link is now in this carousel.
  • We added a link placeholder for Learning Hub Tutorials and Contact Us information.
  • Added more mouse hover states to more buttons and links on the page

What we did - 
We added the 'Brickfields Accessibility' Block which highlights inaccessible features of the page and includes accessibility analytics when users click on the icon. This Block is located at the end of the page in the collapsable left section. 
This block is not viewable for user roles titled 'Learners'

I like that the images aren't moving too quickly as this can be very distracting.

Do all courses have a progress block or will this need to be created.
It's good that by clicking the individual segments in the progress block that you go straight to the relevant section.

Also (a minor point), could the carousel and the static links on the right be aligned to the top? It would also help if these three cover the same length of the page (may do once aligned).
