Topic sentence 1:
Firstly, death penalty to children should not be legal because their brain is not completely developed.
Supporting details:
a) Studies have shown that a child's brain is subject to continue formation until he or she is twenty years old.
b) They make poor judgment since they are still immature and do not know what they have do are wrong.
c) They may thought that they are just having it for fun and do not know how serious the consequences will be.

Furthermore, I believe that death penalty to children should not be legal because it is a definite inhumane way to punish children.

Thesis statement :
I disagree with giving death penalty to children because their mentality are not fully developed yet, they need to be given a chance to experience adulthood, and giving death penalty to children is immoral and uncivilised.

The mentality of children is usually not developed completely.
Supporting details :
- Children tend to make decisions without thinking properly and carefully.
- Children don't think long term
- Children make poor judgements and sometimes don't even know what they are doing.

-They easily get influenced by friends without noticing the danger.
-Immature causes them to become impulsive and did not think the consequences.

- Parents or guardians may focus on doing something else that cause their children felt ignored and lack of love

- A child capable of committing capital crime should be held responsible  as a lesson in preventing an occurrence.
