Introduce myself to the staffs and explain to them what’s your purpose practical in just two weeks. Then, one of staffs show me every work area. For example, kitchen, donut’s area, cake and bread area, office and others. For the first weeks, I will incharge into donuts and beverages area and for the second weeks I will incharge into breads and cakes area. Their purpose is to make sure that I will learn everything and know how to work in the different area. Every area have their own hard and skills needs we have when greet and treats our customers.

Second day at work place, I had to work at donuts and beverages area. Every staffs teach me how to work at that area, such as, how to dip donuts into a chocolate, how to arrange donuts on the plates, how to arrange donuts name, how to make a beverages and else. They also want me to remember every step to dip into variety and types of chocolate and to dip into other things, just like oreo crumbs, peanut crumbs and more. To dip donuts into chocolate, it’s had a technique to make sure the chocolate does not looks messy on donuts.

My schedule time to work at Muhibah is at 9am-3pm everyday without off day. Since I’m start work at 9am, so I need to prepared donuts. Every morning I need to dip donuts into a chocolate and arrange them into plates. Since I’m work at the main place of Muhibah, we need to prepared a donuts for other Muhibah’s branch. Other things that I learned from that day is, how to prepared chocolate ball cartoons. This products is to attract kids to buy them because they had a really cute cartoons on them. We need to prepared Chocolate ball cartoon if it start to run out.

Like other’s day, I need to prepare donuts every morning. Every donuts we need to put them into box, after so many customer buying donuts the boxes will run out, so we need to prepared their boxes in good condition so its easy to put the donuts into their box. We also need to alert about donuts, if donuts already sold out we need to add more donuts to sell them. I’m need to learn how to make a beverages, because there are so many menu list about beverages, I’m just can learn 5 beverages. 5 beverages that I learn is chocolate drinks, cappuccino, orange juice, apple juice and green tea.

Day 5

This is my last day at donuts and beverages, so I need to remember what I learn. If I don’t remember what I learn from donuts and beverages, my evaluation report of employer information will be bad. So, in the morning staffs wants to see I can dip donuts into a chocolate and decorate donuts alone. Yes glad, I can do it and remember all steps that I learn. That day also I can see staffs decorating a hello kitty biscuits. To decorate this biscuit, I need to be careful because it want a detail decoration to looks pretty on it.

For every morning when I arrived at work place, I need to arrange all bread and cakes. The promotion is 30% to 50% from the real price. It is really a hectic day for every staffs. They don’t had a time to teach me. I need to know everything by myself on that day. When it’s come to a promotion day, many people come and crowded our places and here we can see so many attitudes of customer that need a really high patience. At the same time I hope I can be a customer, because I’m just to scared to buy those promotion when I not a customer. However, when it’s come to a promotion day our manager will be so happy because they got so many income with that.
