         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have a number of friends who have gotten on antidepressants and felt completely numb- as thought the medication didn't fix their problem but it made it even harder to express their emotions. Because of that, I've always thought that behavioral and cognitive therapies would be a better first alternative.</div>]]></description>
