Marcel is shown in his garage when he is found dead. He is lying face down on the floor with his phone and a baseball bat near him. There is gum by the white car in the garage as well. Marcel looks a little discolored and has a large gash on his forehead. There are lots of blood splatters from the gash meaning he must have fell. The gum is Marcel's so he must have been practicing his baseball swings when he started having convulsions which caused him to spit out the gum and fall on the floor. He then hit his head on the floor which explains the blood splatters.

There is no evidence that any of the suspects were at the scene when this occurred, there is no need to investigate further. It is determined this was an accident that was caused by a coffee overdose. This case should be closed for further investigation.

-One thing that was analyzed was the blood found on the scene. These results would show that only Marcel's blood was found at the scene. This would show nobody else was hurt at the scene, which would rule out foul play.

-Another piece that was analyzed was the fingerprints on the baseball bat. This would have shown that again Marcel's fingerprints were on the bat which would rule out the manner of a homicide.

- Lastly, the evidence analyzed during the toxicology would show that he ingested 85 mg of Caffeine. With further investigation,n this would show that the amount of caffeine was deadly.

There was gum on the scene where Marcel was found and it appears to be his therefore it was irrelevant to this case. There was also a baseball bat with the fingerprints of Marcel on it only which makes it also irrelevant to the case. Lastly, Marcel's body temperature did not help the medics find out when he had died because he was the same temperature as the garage itself.
