         <title>The Use of Hydrogen Fuel Cells</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Currently they are being used in some cars which are sold in MEDCs. The problem for LEDCs is that they don't have the infrastructure required to be able to practically use this technology. Most of the reason why this technology is not being used is because pure hydrogen is not readily available and there is currently no large scale production of this technology so it tends to be more expensive. With the lower oil prices there is less of an economic incentive for countries to pursue this technology.</div>]]></description>
