Fixed is where the ideas and thoughts are within a glass box and the person is only able to look at it and not touched. The plant (representing various challenges) beside it shows how little light is actually being exuded for it to grow. Enough for it to grow, but nothing special. I started to learn out of interest from them and by watching the different languages.

6 languages includes for me would be English, Tamil , Malayalam, Telugu , Hindi and Punjabi. ( Last 2 languages still learning with the help of my friends but can understand better compared to last time. 

Growth mindset helps me to learn and speak out confidently. Criticism: No matter how hard she works, until the end her work was never good enough, especially for her sisters to notice.

Effort: She managed to get out of the tower by cutting her hair.

Criticism: The witch said "young women are becoming too clever these days", sarcastically.
The witch also thought that the tower "isn't much good to anyone" since it does not have stairs and a door.

Success of Others: With the football boots she made, the Enchanted Forest Football Club managed to win every single match of the season. effort: Rapunzel decided to stop waiting on someone else to help her and cut off her own hair to escape on her own. After that she loaned money to renovate the tower after buying it and turned it into an apartment for rent, giving her steady income.

Criticism: the wicked witch says that the tower doesn't make a good house as it has no staircase or doors.

- time is passing her by as she waits
-scared that the rope (her hair) is not strong enough

Efforts:
- managed to escape by using her own hair as a rope
- refurbished her tower into something better(income source, place to stay, friends houses) instead of wallowing that she has suffered so much in her life

Criticism:
- The wicked witch mentioned that young women are becoming too clever these days and thought that it would be better to sell the tower to rapunzel since it isn't much good to anyone (no stairs and doors). Rapunzel took that criticism positively and turned the tower into beautiful flats instead.

Success of others: Managed to buy a share in Cinderella's shoe business
