MEASUREABLE: I can measure this goal by looking out on what to improve in the subject. Also to pay attention to my scores in the class.

ATTAINABLE: This goal is attainable if I focus and give my best in every homework, activity, and quiz. Being determined and HIGHLY motivated will help achieve this goal a whole lot.

RELEVANT: I find this goal relevant because I don't want to waste the money spent on my education. It will also benefit me in the future if I achieve this goal.

Math is a bit more easier, and with the help of my teacher it is less scary. I hope I do get a B in my report card.

MEASURABLE: I think continuing to look out of what I have to improve on helps. 

ATTAINABLE:  I didn't have as much motivation this term, but I was really determined to pass the subject. I think being determined and even a bit motivated helped a lot. I hope to continue this next term.

RELEVANT: I learned a lot in this term, and I feel really happy about my progress.

ATTAINABLE: Be attentive in class by taking notes, and try to participate. Also give my best when doing assignments.

RELEVANT: Whenever I am lost and confused in a certain topic, I mostly ask my friends and, rarely, my family members.

There were some lessons that I was confused in, but I got over the confusion.

MEASUREABLE: I think I was able to keep a mental track of how I was doing in my quizzes and homework.

ATTAINABLE:  I wish I could have answered more questions in synchronous sessions. I got distracted a lot as well so I need to work on that as well.

RELEVANT: I am happy that I had helped from my friends when I was confused, and that I was able to also see the Jamboards and Powerpoints ma'am used.
