My definition of Spirituality is the recognition that there is something more to life than yourself. Not neccasarily the realisation of a purpose but to understand that it is not just your life that is important in this ever growing universe.

It's the decisions we make that make constitutes us of what we truly are, whether good or bad it was our decision that ultimately led us to where we are today. We are a as a person due to the actions we make, the choices we make and the people we associate with. That is what makes you truly "you". And by realising this and understanding this fact of the human psychology we feel a spiritual emotion, that we are who we are because of our environment. Its a sense of connection with you and the universe.
