I don't think we can. Immigration policies should aim to make it easier and more efficient for citizens for each country to travel around much quickerthrough the attainment of digital identification of each legal citizen. But the geopolitics and differences in countries values means there is always fortification around the idea of open immigration. All that can be done is to ensure fair and equal policies applied to everyone regardless of their ethnic or background status in assistance to immigration.
