We have an Alumni "strategy" that we came up with last year, but when it comes to implementation we have not exactly moved forward. We are prioritizing figuring out how we can Accelerate our Alumni's leadership capacity individually but also collectively. Less theoretical, more concretely.

How do we practically foster collective action? We hold space but how do we encourage Alumni leadership in those spaces?

Developing our pathways practically - i.e. what can we do as an org to provide alumni with opportunities along these pathways? (again, practically at the implementation stage)

Approach alumni work with program approach - create Theory of change

Bring the community together (we have two programs now) . That would be the topic of Mobilize alumni community though a networked approach

Focus alumni pathways towards system change

Community building and career support for Alumni

Training sessions for Year 2 Fellows towards their Alumni goals

Strategic clarity project that aims at including stakeholders from different pathways in analyzing the sectors and figuring out how we can leverage them to create systemic change as network (Alumni + stakeholders).
