In Florida people treat the beaches very nicely, there was no trash on the beach or in the water. people used the land very nicely there was a place called shell island and they wouldn't let anyone build on it because there were rare species on that land. they have modified the environment by building homes along the beach. people have adapted to the weather by wearing shorts and sunscreen.

Seagrove is near Panama City. One day it was raining very hard so we went into panama city. While visiting Panama City we went to a place called Pier Park . Pier Park is a large shopping center and entertainment hub. We visited the Ron Jon Surf Shop and dined at the Pompano Joe’s restaurant during our day long trip. In addition, we visited the Gulf World Marine Park, and I swam with dolphins during my “Royal Swim”. The dolphins who I swam with were named “Surf” and “Jenna”. It was an amazing experience!

Seagrove Beach is located in northwest Florida, which is considered the Panhandle region of the state. The Apalachicola River runs through the Panhandle region, and the beaches are white and powdery due to the high amount of quartz in the sand. The area also has extensive pine and hardwood forests, springs and swamps. Though it takes about five hours to drive from Orlando to Tallahassee, the region’s parks and beaches are well worth the trip. The western Panhandle is in the central time zone, so times there are an hour ‘earlier’ than in the rest of the state.
