Here are some items I received for completing the sacrament of Eucharist (First Communion). These items symbolise the Catholic faith. The sign of the cross represents the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The crucifix represents the crucifixion of Jesus Christ - he died for us and was resurrected. The Bible is a book of holy scriptures, consisting of the Old and New Testaments. Rosary beads are used to count the repetitions of prayers and helps to tell us which prayer to say.

The rosary beads are important to my faith as it is a form of prayer. I can use them to pray and talk to God. When I pray to God it makes me feel calm and safe. We say the Our Father and Hail Mary.

Today we are celebrating one of our's auspicious festival called Dusshera. Dussehra, also called Dasara or Vijayadashami, in Hinduism, holiday marking the triumph of Rama, an avatar of Vishnu, over the 10-headed demon king Ravana, who abducted Rama’s wife, Sita. Dussehra coincides with the culmination of the nine-day Navratri festival and with the tenth day of the Durga Puja festival. Dussehra is celebrated with great fervour and fanfare. In North India, it incorporates Ram Lila, a gala theatrical enactment of Rama’s life story. Russian Orthodox Church is one of the oldest christian churches. It originated from Constantinople. The main difference from Catholic Church in Filioque. The Orthodox Creed reads:
