         <description><![CDATA[<div>I couldn't upload the video but I have a few improvements I could make and I shared the video on google classroom if you want to watch it. Improvements include:<br>1. Bring feet flat on floor in downward dog<br>2. Make sure leg brought back in lunge is the same throughout one set. Then switch to other leg.<br>3. Try not to bend legs while touching toes.</div>]]></description>
