He is responsible for projects within Las Vegas’ Bellagio Resort and Casino and Treasure Island Hotel and Casino, as well as the construction of the Paris Hotel and Casino. Also a key player in the development of beach pools and hotel towers for both the Encore and Wynn Resorts, Mr. Vanderburgh has now turned his attention to the East Coast. As project director for Seneca Construction Management in Niagara Falls, New York, Mr. Vanderburgh oversaw a $475 million contract to build the 26-story Seneca Niagara Casino. He has since relocated to Florida where he serves as vice president of hospitality and pre-construction at Hedrick Brothers Construction, through which he leverages his tower development expertise to evaluate viability of all critical path elements including infrastructure and structural design.
