Dear Bus captains and station staff,
I am Zhang Bingguo and I am writing to thank you for all that you have done for us commuters every day(even before COVID-19 became a pandemic).
Although I don’t take the public transport daily to school, I still do on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
I would like to thank all of the bus captions and station staff for all they have done. I am thankful that I can get to my destination safely and quickly. I was particularly touched when I saw one bus captain standing up and greeting the passengers every time we stop at a bus stop. Sadly, I didn’t thank him for doing those. I would like to thank every Bus Captain who puts in effort in driving the bus. I would also like to thank the station staff. I remember that a few months ago when I was still having tuition at Tampines, there would always be a person to direct us to the escalator. He would stand there and raise his arms to direct us to the escalator as the train station would normally get crowded at 7 pm. Sadly(again), I didn’t have the chance to thank him and appreciate all that they have done.
In this COVID 19 pandemic, you will be in contact with the passengers often. To keep you and family safe, do remember to practise social distancing, wear the mask properly and wash your hands frequently. Do remember to keep your hands off the frequently contacted surface especially the handrails but if you have to touch it, please do remember to wash your hands immediately and do not touch your face. Pplease take care.
In conclusion, I would like to thank the SBS Bus Transit Captains and station staff for all that you
have done and I hope that you(SBS Bus Transit Captains and Station Staff) will stay healthy.

I take public transport to work every morning. It has been a warm experience with bus captains greeting the passenger with a big smile. This brightens my day as I greet back. I am also appreciative of the pleasant, comfortable and safe journey provided by the bus captains.

To the Station Masters at the MRT, you have done a good job at keeping order in the station. There were a few times when I saw staff going the extra mile to help commuters in need.
