I am wary of the upfront costs of implementing Moxi in the hospital setting. I wonder if it might be wiser to invest that money in adequate pay for the nurses or improving the staffing shortage. However, I understand that this new technology is being implemented to cope with the staffing shortage in the long-term. Moxi has already been implemented in my hospital, and it has been a slow process to familiarize her with the facility and then test her delivery processes. With her, I think her and Ivan would be great to bounce ideas off each other that would push the team forward. Angelica would also be a strong team member with her "analytical" gift to see every situation from all angles.
