Cruise controls keep the car at a steady speed on highways, and radar sensing helps cruise control stay out of the way for faster and slower cars. The art of glassblowing has been around since the Roman Empire. It's an amorphous solid meaning its rigid but its molecule structure is like a liquid. This is what makes glass transparent. To blow glass you mix together all the ingredients such as silica. Then you the gaffer (the lead glass blower) blows into the blowpipe which creates a bubble in the glass. Depending on the shape they want to make they might use tools to carefully sculpt the hot glass. If the glass cools down to much while shaping it you have to put it in a second furnace. Then once you have the right shape you put it in a third furnace, the annealer, to cool it down.

Their are only 13 Archimedean solids in the world. This is one of the most complicated geometric shapes in the world. Rhombicosidodecahedron. The Rhombicosidodecahedron is a very large polyhedron. A polyhedron is a 3D shape made up of other flat shapes. A Rhombicosidodecahedron consists of 20 triangles, 30 squares, and 12 pentagons. Now, this shape is a very hard thing to picture in your mind. Start with a pentagon, now try to picture connecting a square to each of the pentagon's sides. In the space between, add a triangle and then attach a pentagon to each open side of the square. This shape is very difficult to craft, which is why it is such a popular hobby to try to craft it among artists.

He grew up in Austria, and when he turned six he was sent to receive training from a relative. He was able to quickly learn the harpsichord and violin. But, his best talent at this age was singing. In 1740, he moved to Vienna to join the boy's choir at St. Stephen's Cathedral. He sang and played instruments there for nine years, until his voice changed, and he was dismissed from the choir. He began teaching and writing music, and wrote his first opera in 1751. In 1761, he became a music director for the Esterhazy family. He kept this job for the next 30 years. He left the Esterhazy family in the 1790s to tour in London. He continued to write music, and passed away 1809.

The Voynich manuscript is believed to have come from Central Europe. In 1912 a man called Wilfrid Michael Voynich bought the manuscript, which is also how it got its name. If it couldn't get any harder to read it the Voynich Manuscript was probably written in code. The book has around 264 pages but some say that pages are missing and might be out of order. The process of making a puzzle takes about a year for new puzzles.

Couscous is a staple pasta that plays a very important part in many meals in Northern Africa. Although it is most popular in North Africa, couscous has become a quite popular dish all over the world. The earliest recipe to couscous was found in a Moroccan cookbook from the 13th century. To this day, couscous remains as the Moroccan national dish. Couscous is made from semolina, the hard part of a grain of hard wheat. Water is then used to bind two different sizes of husked and crushed semolina. While other pastas come in shapes and form such as noodles or bow tie pasta, couscous resembles small pellets. Cooks will sprinkle water over the semolina, and then use their hands to roll them into the shape of pellets. Then, dry flour is sprinkled over the pellets to keep them from sticking together. His parents always taught him of the importance of love and family. He watched children’s programming with his family and found himself disappointed. He felt that TV had the ability to make a huge difference in the lives of children. However, he didn’t think the shows of the time were living up to that potential. So, he started his own show with puppets and piano. Fred Rogers passed away on February 27, 2003. He had stomach cancer. The tiny hammer is called a gavel. It's made of wood and used with another block of wood to make sound. Judges use the gavel to keep order in a courtroom. During trials tension can be high, and it can become quite chaotic. In movies, judges use the gavel a lot, but in reality, it' only used in the worst case scenario. For example, if a shouting agruement broke out, and it became to loud to dismiss with the judges voice, that would be an appropriate time to use the gavel. Even then, gavels aren't very common in the US. Other uses for the gavel is in clubs and meetings. The gavel can be used to isgnal the start of finish of a meeting.
