         <description><![CDATA[<p>After completing this project, I feel we worked effectively as a group and supported each other throughout. Task allocation was a successful tactic we used enabling us to stay organised and mange each section of the project efficiently and I will carry onto future projects. Upon reflection my time management could have been better this was likely due to my inability to consider prioritisation alongside other projects, not thinking long term. In future I would consider creating a plan breaking down each time period and the tasks that needed to be completed within this time, to manage this better. Overall, I am happy with the piece of work we created and although at the time I felt overwhelmed I feel I have addressed this and provided future solutions for my time management.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>
